This is only applicable if:
⚠️ For some shows, it's not possible to exchange a dog if your dog is entered in Minor Puppy, Puppy, or Veteran class.
We kindly inform you that if you wish to withdraw from the upcoming show, you may be eligible for a refund of the paid amount if the withdrawal is made at least 10 days before the final deadline.
To initiate the refund process, we kindly request that you provide us with a written notification accompanied by a veterinary certificate (Valid languages: English, German, French, Dutch) confirming the dog’s inability to participate due to a medical condition.
We regret to inform you that refund requests are not possible after the 10-day prior deadline, during the extended deadline, or after the show’s closing under any circumstances.
Please note that there is an administration fee of 10€ per dog for processing the refund.
We serve as intermediaries in registrations, similar to how banks do, fulfilling the role of intermediaries. The actual service related to participating in the show is provided by the show's organizing entity. Therefore, they are responsible for sending you an invoice.
You can find the contact information for the organizing entity on our website dedicated to the specific show and contact them for an invoice.
In the "My Dogs" menu, you can make limited adjustments to the profile by clicking the pencil icon
You can change the dog's owner to a different owner or add a co-owner to the dog. 
You can also upload necessary documents such as championship titles.

Please note that you can expect to receive your entry card by e-mail approximately 2-3 days before the start of the exhibition.
The entry card will be also available to download from your account at the same time at https://www.onlinedogshows.eu/en/Account/Registrations
Please ensure you check the show’s price list, as many shows do not offer discounts for Minor Puppies, Puppies, or Veterans. Additionally, any available discounts apply only to dogs registered by the same owner using the same account.
We understand that sometimes things slip through, but we mostly extend our final deadline as long as possible.
Once the deadline passes, we immediately begin processing all entries, assigning numbers, and preparing necessary paperwork for the printer to be on time for the show.
This makes it impossible to accept late entries, no matter the reason.
To avoid missing out, we recommend registering well in advance.
