These terms and conditions apply to all products and services available online at www.onlinedogshows.eu (hereinafter the "Website") provided by Animal Projects BV.
Animal Projects offers the website www.onlinedogshows.eu to organizers of dog related events and competitions to sell registrations and tickets online and to offer event related services. All events are listed by or in name of the organizations which hold full responsibility in relation to the published event.
We respect your privacy and we want to maintain your confidence in our handling of any data and information that is collected during your visit to our web site.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting. This will happen thru our newsletter, you can always at all time change this in your personal account on our website. (pls note you will also not get any newsletters anymore concerning dogshow updates & deadlines ext...)
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

This Cookie Policy applies to any websites, branded pages on third party platforms (such as Facebook or YouTube), and applications accessed or used through such websites or third party platforms ("OnlineDogShows sites") which are operated by or on behalf of OnlineDogShows or Animal Projects.
Our website use cookies to store information about visitors preferences, customize Web page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends thru their webbrowser.

Upon confirmed registration to a show (paid or not), we will transfer all registration information to the show organizer and/or the national Kennel Club of the organizer. The registration information includes information about the dog(s) (name, pedigree, birth date, parents, copies of pedigree and other certificates, etc), the dog's breeder and co-owner (names) and owner (name and contact information), the registration (registration time, class, registration fee).
When adding a new dog in the system we may also consult partner databases to retrieve information about the dog, the owner(s) and breeder(s).
Currently, we may consult databases of the following partners: Société Centrale Canine (France), Raad van Beheer (Netherlands), Asociatia Chinologica Romana (Romania).
The information provided about a show or activity, as well as the tariff, deadlines and dates and results are published and maintained under the responsibility of the show organizer who's contact information is published on the main show information page
Onlinedogshows and Onlinedogshows.eu are trading names of Animal Projects BV, Leonardo Da Vincilaan 19A / 7, 1831 Diegem, Belgium, Company number (ondernemingsnummer / numéro d'entreprise) / VAT (BTW/TVA): BE 0665 535 707, RPR Bruxelles.
Use of this website is subject to Belgian law. These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Belgium. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brussels Courts in relation to any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or relating to the use of this website.
By registering through OnlineDogShows to an event, or consuming or requesting (event related) services or goods, the exhibtor concludes an agreement with the organizer of the event. The quality, location, dates, prices and changes or cancellations are the exclusive responsibility of the event organizer.
For this reason, under no circumstances may OnlineDogShows / Animal Projects be held responsible for the configuration of the venue or any change of date, location or price, or the complete cancellation of the event.

OnlineDogShows acts as Commercial Agent exclusively for the organizer of events in accordance to art. 3(b) of the PSD2 and art. 2(2)(b) of PSR, selling registrations, tickets and related service on behalf of and in name of the event organizers.
Paying through Onlinedogshows discharges you from the requirement to pay at the event organizer.
All payments are handled by one of our payment service providers which are, depending of show and currency, MULTISAFEPAY, STRIPE and PAY PAL.
There is no withdrawal right. In accordance with Article VI.53, 12 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the purchaser may not exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article VI.47 for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract indicates a specific execution date or period.
Should an event be cancelled, the purchaser may ask the organizer to refund the price of the ticket. Refunds can be processed by OnlineDogShows only on request of and on behalf of the organizer.
The decision to accept withdrawals falls within the organiser’s sole discretion. Unless stated differently on event specific general conditions, withdrawals may be eligible for a refund of the paid amount if the withdrawal is made at least 10 days before the final deadline. Refunds will be issued by proof of written notification accompanied by either a veterinary certificate confirming the dog’s inability to participate due to a medical condition. A 10€ Administration Fee for each dog will apply to refunds. Refund requests submitted during the 10 days before closing or after the deadline of the show are not possible in any case. During the extended or prolonged registration period after the final deadline, cancellation or changing dogs are not possible or allowed.
The exchange of a dog is subject to the show’s policy. For detailed information and conditions regarding exchanges, please refer to our support pages.
Adjustment of a class is possible via the registration page by yourself. For this you will need to pay a fee. The adjustment will be take into account only when the fee is paid. The adjustment of a class is allowed until the final deadline.
We would like to remind you that the tickets you purchase for your visit to the dog show, including parking tickets, are not exchangeable for money, another ticket or anything else. This means that you cannot exchange the ticket for something else or get the amount back in cash.
