Please note that OnlineDogShows.eu provides the online platform to make the request process easier, but the champion titles themselves are managed, reviewed, approved, and issued by the relevant kennel club.
If the country you need is not listed on the title request page, this means that the title cannot currently be requested through OnlineDogShows.eu. In that case, please contact the kennel club of the relevant country directly and they will be able to provide you with the correct information and guide you through their official application procedure.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with pending titles, as these are processed and managed directly by the respective kennel club. As a result, we do not have access to the status of title applications or the information required to provide updates.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your pending title, we kindly recommend contacting the kennel club directly. They will be able to assist you further and answer any questions you may have.
We understand your concerns. However, OnlineDogShows.eu acts solely as the platform used by the Kennel Club to process title applications and payments. The issuance, printing, and dispatch of title diplomas are carried out exclusively by the Kennel Club.
While your application and payment were submitted through our platform, we do not have access to the internal production, printing, or shipping processes of the diplomas, nor are we able to provide information regarding their issuance dates.
For this reason, any questions regarding the status of the diplomas, processing times, delays, printing, or delivery must be addressed directly to the Kennel Club, as they are the sole authority responsible for producing and sending these documents.
