The exchange of a dog is not allowed; however, it is possible to cancel the dog provided that the General Terms and Conditions of the show organization can be met.
We kindly inform you that if you wish to withdraw from the upcoming show, you may be eligible for a refund of the paid amount if the withdrawal is made at least 10 days before the final deadline.
To initiate the refund process, we kindly request that you provide us with a written notification accompanied by a veterinary certificate (Valid languages: English, German, French, Dutch).
We regret to inform you that refund requests submitted after the 10-day prior deadline or after the show's closing are not possible under any circumstances.
Please note that there is an administration fee of 10€ per dog for processing the refund.
A Semi catalog will be available 5 days prior to the show, and the full catalog with all registrations will be available 2 hours before the start of the show
Statistics will appear on the page of the show from the moment the show organization decide to release them, we never can tell in advance when that will be so be sure to keep an eye on the website.
