Sometimes, no matter how careful you are, your debet or credit card may be declined.
Before you get frustrated and upset, remember that your card didn’t get approved for a reason.
Other reasons include incorrect card details,
- Credit limit reached
- Your card is expired
- You didn’t activate your card
- An extra-large purchase
Contact your issued bank for more information or try to pay with another card.
Attention!
Due to an European directive some payments from some countries as Russia are declined by the payment provider. In most cases PayPal is an easy solution.
You are probably trying to upload a file larger than 2 MB, also make sure the file is JPG or PDF.
Ideally upload scanned documents, those are always readable and smaller than a photo from your mobile.
You can only pay online with the proposed payment options.
We employ an automated banking system that is initiated upon receipt of your application.
Please be advised that we do not accept bank transfers or cash payments.
Registrations will only be considered valid if payment is made through our system.
Payments made via third-party or organization accounts will render registrations invalid.
If the show offers a couple or group competition, you can easily create a couple or group entry in your account.
First, register your individual dogs for the show.
Once you've done that, you'll see a button that says "+ Couple" or "+ Breeders Group."
Click on the one that applies, make your selection, and complete the registration.
To confirm your dog's eligibility for the champion class, please upload a copy of the champion title certificate to the dog's profile. One title is more than enough as proof.
Attention, make sure the champion title is from adult classes, a junior champion title does not allow you to enter in champion class

Check Your Email:
Look for an email from us with a one-time use link.

If you accidentally close the page or need to restart, return to the Password Reset page and request a new link.
Create a New Password:
After clicking the link, you’ll be directed to a page where you can create a new password. Enter your new password, and be sure to save your changes by clicking the Save button.
Log In:
Once your password is successfully updated, you can log in here https://www.onlinedogshows.eu/en/Account/Login using your email address and new password.
