GENERAL HEALTH RULES

1) Stay home if you have any of the following (also mild!) symptoms in the past 24 hours: a cold, cough, shortness of breath or fever;       
2) Stay home if someone in your household has a fever (from 38°C) and/or shortness of breath. If everyone has no complaints for 24 hours, you can go outside again;       
3) Go home immediately if complaints arise during the visit such as: nose cold, cough, shortness of breath or fever;       
4) Keep 1.5 meters away from every other person outside your household (exception for children up to and including 12 years old);       
5) Cough and sneeze into your elbow and use paper tissues;       
6) Avoid touching your face;       
7) Do not shake hands;     
8) Avoid crowds and do not stand still in aisles that are also used by others;     
9) Disinfect your hands upon entering and entering the ring;     

HOUSE RULES FOR A GOOD PROGRESS OF OUR SHOW

- The show starts at 09:00. Exhibitors will receive the start time of their inspection by email.         
- Follow the one-way route for the entrance and for the exit of dogs           
- Exhibitors will receive a time schedule of the inspection of their dog(s) one week in advance. They may enter the hall from 30 minutes before the inspection of the first dog they have registered.         
- Owners of the dogs who do not achieve the result required to appear in the main ring are encouraged to leave the show.           
- Preparing the show in the hall itself must be kept to a minimum.         
- People are obliged to wear a mouth cap. This can only be dropped off when they are seated .         

Rules of conduct for exhibitors

- People are obliged to disinfect their hands when entering the hall         
- Bringing a chair with you at your entrance in the hall is mandatory.         
- Exhibitors are with their dogs in special compartments With a position . The benches are placed between the people so that sufficient space is taken into account. This means that the exhibitors have a fixed seat.         
- People are requested to only move from their seats if dogs need to be inspected, if they want to shop or if they want to use catering or toilets.         
- There are no seats along the rings.         

Behavior in the ring

- The distance rule is used when setting up in the ring. o No hands are shaken.         
- The judge only has contact with the dog to be judged, but with no person in the ring.         
- The judge judges the dogs in the normal way. He qualifies the dogs and places them. Also in the normal way. Championship and other prizes will also be issued in the normal way.           
- Physical contacts are avoided.         
- No hands are shaken during the placements and no photos are taken, this to prevent people from not complying with the distance criterion.         

The ring of honour

- Due to the corona measures, the ring of honor will be different from normal this year. This means that not all groups that are normally present in our ring of honor are now invited.         
- For the main ring are invited:         

- Ring staff ensures that all exhibitors are at least 1.5 meters away from each other.         
- Exhibitors are obliged to immediately follow the directions on site.         
- Photography is only permitted by persons designated by the organization for this purpose.

CORONA MEASURES

  1. What to do if Corona measurements increase?
    Will the protocol be adjusted? Yes, we are following government guidelines closely. If necessary, we will adjust the protocol and add the latest version as an attachment to the registration confirmation you will receive the week before the show.

  2. Will the wearing of the mouth mask be compulsory during the exhibition?
    We are following government guidelines. Therefore, wearing a mouth mask is currently mandatory. If this changes, you will be notified. 

  3. Will my data be shared with the government if Corona infections occur?
    If there is a need to share contact details as part of the government source and contact investigation, we will share the necessary data. 

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND

 

  1. What if, for some reason, the exhibition cannot take place. I will then recover my registration fee?
    Yes, when canceling the exhibition, the registration fee - € 10 administration fee by exhibitor (ODS account) will be automatically refunded to your account. For the administration fee of 10 €, you will receive a 10 € discount voucher for the 2022 show.

  2. What if there are travel restrictions (regional or international) that prevent me from going to the exhibition. Will I then get my registration fee back ?
    No, the situation of individual exhibitors will not be taken into account. 

 

VISITOR 

  1. My partner and my children would love to come. Is it possible ?
    1 DOG = 1 PERSON. Visitors are not admitted. We are limited to a maximum number of people in the exhibit. If you have registered 2 dogs, a total of 2 people with your 2 dogs will be able to enter.

  2. I always have a dog at home who doesn't participate but can't stay home alone for that long. Can I take him with me ?
    Unfortunately, no, only registered dogs are allowed.

  3. I would like to come and see the exhibition. Is it possible ?
    No, because the number of people in the halls must be manageable and traceable at the same time, this exhibition is not open to the public. 1 registered dog corresponds to 1 person.

  4. Is it possible to spend the night with my motorhome on the exhibition grounds?
    No, there is no camper van parking. The car park is closed after the show.

 

EXHIBITION ADMINISTRATION 

  1. I had hoped that another judge would judge my dog. Can i remove my dog?
    No, you cannot cancel your registration.

  2. I have changed my mind and would rather not participate. Can I remove my dogs?
    No, you cannot cancel your registration.
  3. I made a mistake and would still like my dog to participate but in a different class. Can I still modify my registration ?
    Yes, you can change your dog's class through your OnlineDogShows account. Onlinedogshows charges an administrative fee for this service

  4. I made a mistake, I would like to exchange my dog registred by another one. Can I still modify my registration ?
    No, the exchange of dog is not possible. 

  5. I registered 2 dogs. I received 2 different hours to enter. Can I enter with my 2 dogs at the first mentioned hour ?
    Yes, you can enter with the 2 dogs.
