Ausstellungsreglement (AR) Die Ausstellung wird nach dem AR der SKG durchgeführt. Dieses kann beim Sekretariat der SKG, Postfach 8276, CH-3001 Bern, gegen Einsendung von CHF 4.00 plus Porto in Briefmarken bezogen werden oder vom Internet unter www.skg.ch heruntergeladen werden. Mit der Einsendung des unterzeichneten Meldescheins verpflichtet sich der Aussteller zur Bezahlung des Startgeldes und das Ausstellungsreglement zu akzeptieren.

Zurechtmachen von Hunden An den Ausstellungen ist ein über das Bürsten und Kämmen hinausgehendes Zurechtmachen von Hunden unter Verwendung jeglicher Hilfsmittel untersagt. Gleiches gilt für das Halten eines Hundes an einem sogenannten Galgen. Das Wickeln oder Einflechten der Haare ist an der Ausstellung verboten. Die Einhaltung dieser Bestimmungen wird kontrolliert. Bei Nichteinhaltung dieser Bestimmungen sind die Kontrolleure befugt, die

Aussteller darauf aufmerksam zu machen, die bereits erwähnte Manipulation zu unterlassen. Bei Nichtbefolgen können Sie angewiesen werden, die Ausstellung zu verlassen.

Aussteller aus der Schweiz Das Tollwutschutzimpfungs-Obligatorium wurde aufgehoben. Wir empfehlen Ihnen jedoch trotzdem, Ihren Hund gegen Tollwut, Staupe, Hepatitis, Leptospirose, Parvovirose und Zwingerhusten impfen zu lassen.

Aussteller aus dem Ausland Beachten Sie die Einreisebestimmungen in die Schweiz. Das tierärztliche Tollwut-Impfzeugnis ist an der Grenze unbedingt erforderlich. Die Impfung muss mindestens 21 Tage vor Grenzübertritt erfolgt sein. Für die Dauer der Gültigkeit gilt das im Heimtierausweis vermerkte Gültigkeitsdatum (meistens 3 Jahre).

Kupierte Hunde Gemäss AR Art. 6.14 ist es verboten Hunde auszustellen, die an Ohren und/oder Rute kupiert sind.

Einlass der Hunde + Kontrollen Die Impfzeugniskontrollen werden bei allen Hunden gemäss Weisungen der Amtsstellen für Veterinärwesen durchgeführt. Eine Kontrolle durch den Tierarzt erfolgt stichprobenweise.

Verlassen der Ausstellung Alle Hunde dürfen die Ausstellung frühestens um 14.00 Uhr verlassen

Ehrenkodex Ich bekenne mich für fairen und korrekten Umgang mit unseren Hunden, verzichte auf tierquälerische, nicht tiergerechte Methoden und setze keine verbotenen Hilfsmittel ein. Die Gesundheit und das Wohlergehen des Hundes hat für mich oberste Priorität.

Règlement de l’exposition (RE) L’Exposition est organisée conformément au RE de la SCS. Sur demande, celui-ci peut être obtenu directement auprès du secrétariat de la SCS, case postale 8276, CH-3001 Berne. Prière de joindre CHF 4.00 plus porto en timbres-poste. Autrement vous le trouvez sur www.skg.ch Par sa signature sur le bulletin d‘inscription, l’exposant s’engage à payer le montant de l’inscription et à observer les règlements d‘expositions de la SCS et de l‘exposition.

Préparation des chiens Mis à part le toilettage au peigne et à la brosse, toute autre préparation ou manipulation des chiens par n’importe quel moyen ou artifice est interdite dans le cadre de l’exposition. Il en va de même pour l’utilisation d’un ustensile destiné à immobiliser le chien. Le papillotage ou le tressage du poil des chiens dans le cadre de l’exposition est interdit. L’application de cette prescription fera l‘objet d’un contrôle. En cas de non-respect de cette prescription, les contrôleurs sont habilités à inciter les exposants à cesser les manipulations sous peine de se voir expulsés de l’exposition.

Exposants suisses L’obligation de la vaccination antirabique a été supprimée. Cependant, nous vous recommandons de faire vacciner votre chien contre la rage, la maladie de carré, l’hépatite virale contagieuse, la leptospirose, la parvovirose et la toux des chenils.

Exposants étrangers Veuillez observer les prescriptions concernant l’entrée

en Suisse. Le certificat de vaccination contre la rage est indispensable.

La vaccination doit intervenir au moins 21 jours avant le passage de la frontière. Sa validité est celle mentionnée dans le carnet de vaccination (en général 3 ans).

Chiens à queue / oreilles coupées Selon RE Art. 6.14 les chiens avec la queue et/ou les oreilles coupées sont interdits d‘exposition.

Accès pour les chiens et Contrôles Selon les dispositions de l’Office fédéral pour les affaires vétérinaires, le contrôle des certificats de vaccination et de santé s‘applique à tous les chiens.

Quitter l’exposition Tous les chiens peuvent quitter l’exposition dès 14 heures!

Code d’honneur Je m’engage à traiter nos chiens toujours avec loyauté et respect, à renoncer à toute méthode cruelle ou non adaptée à l’animal et à ne pas employer de moyens artificiels interdits. La santé et le bien-être du chien sont pour moi la priorité absolue.

Onlinedogshows.eu offers include business services through its website by providing online entry services for official FCI all breed dogshows.

We respect your privacy and we want to maintain your confidence in our handling of any data and information that is collected during your visit to our web site.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting. This will happen thru our newsletter, you can always at all time change this in your personal account on our website. (pls note you will also not get any newsletters anymore concerning dogshow updates & deadlines ext...)

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

You must make a registration before entering at any dog show and after the registration you can log in to our sytem. Every user is responsible for the content given in our system. All uploaded information must be accurate and user is aware the documents will be transferred to the dog show organization where the user has entered dogs for.

We can not accept entries thru e-mail and fax. Entry is for a certain dog, there is no possibility to change the dogs after a succesful entry/registration.

Every user can cancel his account at any time, all entered data will be deleted immediately. (Money paid to that date will not be refunded)

Entering is always according to the show regulations of FCI (www.fci.be), when you enter your dogs in our online system, you agree to comply it and be bound by it.

In accordance with the Show regulations, entries can not be canceled or transferred to another exhibitor/dog.

For the dog shows only dogs with official FCI pedigrees can be entered, one dog can be entered in one class only.

According to the entry fee category, that day counts when the total amount is paid.

In case of partial payment that day counts, when the total amount of the entry fee is paid. We can only accept entries in case if you pay the total amount.

Your entry registration is only confirmed when your payment is fully received together with the ID reference provided to you. We do not cover the bank transfer expenses, all bank cost are for the user.

The prices on the website for the services and products include VAT. There are no extra charges.

The customer receives the requested documents via email, which means that no shipping costs are charged.

Onlinedogshows.eu reserves the right to change the prices at any time but the products and services are invoiced at the prices at the time of the order.

Refund?

Withdrawals received 10 days prior to the deadline of a show may be eligible for a refund of the paid amount. Refunds will be issued by proof of written notification accompanied by either a veterinary or medical certificate. A 10€ Administration Fee for each dog will apply to refunds. Refund requests submitted after the 10 days before closing or after the deadline of the show are not possible in any case.

Payment by Card / Bank Transfer

The only valid currency used is Euro in our system or by bank transfers made into our accounts. Card details used for payment are never stored on our website and are handled by a secured & certified third party company.

Bank Transfers must reach us by the date of the deadline, therefore 5 days before the final deadline you can't pay by bank anymore.

If bank transfer payment does not arrive until the last entry deadline, or only some part of it is paid, your entry will not be in the catalog, and the dog cannot take part in the show. If the money arrives after the deadline we shall refund the money after taken a 15 Euro penalty to cover the administration costs.

Online dog shows is an online platform for online entries over the internet, all information is available for participated dog show organizations in our system.

The platform provided will give every user an optimal service, however the system can occur a limited downtime in order to update the system to provide maximum service.

The price per dog for using our service/system is only 2 Euro which must cover the costs of banking and keeping the website running safe and sound.

Forfait / black list KMSH

Accounts that are blacklisted on the official KMSH list can be refused by Onlinedogshows.eu or the show organisation where they have entered dogs.

The account holder that has made entries and paid for them will be refunded after a 10 euro administration fee has been taken in to our account.

These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Belgium.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian Courts in relation to any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or relating to the use of this website.
